Sarah Goode is the Owner and Creative Director of Manor on Dauphin, a charming historic event space in downtown Mobile, Alabama. With a passion for hospitality and a love of beautiful gatherings, Sarah has thoughtfully restored the manor to create a warm and elegant setting for weddings, celebrations, and special events. Known for her welcoming spirit and eye for detail, she delights in helping guests turn meaningful moments into unforgettable experiences. Through Manor on Dauphin, Sarah blends historic character, Southern charm, and heartfelt hosting to create a space where people can gather, celebrate, and make lasting memories.

Pricing Information
Full Rental:

Weekday: $1,250 for 12 hours

Weekend (Fri-Sun): $2,200 for 12 hours
Party Rental:
(4 hour minimum & does not include extra time for setup or breakdown)

Additional Rates
Additional Hours:
Additional hours to your rental contract can be accommodated at the party rental rate. Many of our brides choose to have their hair and makeup done at a hotel or Airbnb, but if you would like to do it all at the Manor, we can certainly accommodate you by adding additional hours.
Additional Days:
If you wish to guarantee set up prior to your event day, additional days to your rental contract can be added. Prices for adding additional days are provided below. These prices are at a discounted rate and are only available for set up.

Additional Information
General Policies

Cleaning fee of $250 will be added to all rental packages.

We will not be responsible for any items left overnight.

Licensing agreement is required at least one week prior to your scheduled event.
Event Insurance

Event insurance may be required, and may be obtained through Trawick Insurance.

Cost starts at $250; final cost is based on guest count and alcohol service.

Insurance is not included in rental prices, unless you are insured through your current organization.

Security personnel will be required for events with 100 or more guests.

Vendor Policy

You may hire a vendor of your choice for your event needs.

No restrictions on serving beer, wine, or liquor.

Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender in compliance with local regulations.
